Participants who would like to present a paper or exhibit a poster may send an abstract of 300-500 words to the symposium secretariat (ifs2010@frim.gov.my). The abstract should include the full name(s) and address(es) of author(s), and e-mail address of the corresponding author.
Authors of papers that are accepted will be required to submit full papers a month after the symposium. Further guidelines for paper preparation will be given at a later date. Papers that are not accepted as oral presentations may be accepted for poster presentation.
Deadlines:
Submission of abstract: 30 June 2010
Submission of full papers: 30 September 2010
Participants will be notified of acceptance by 15 July 2010
Guidelines for Oral & Poster Presentations:
Posters: A0 or 120 x 80 cm in size
Oral presentations: Prepared as a Power Point presentation with a time allocation of 20 minutes and an additional 10 minutes for questions and answers.
